Reporting your guests to the authorities isn't optional: it's a legal obligation for every accommodation, from hotels to holiday rentals. Missing or late reports can lead to inspections and fines, and entering them by hand is where most mistakes happen.
In Spain every guest, including minors, has to be reported to SES.HOSPEDAJES within 24 hours.
From your booking system (Cloudbeds, Beds24 or Smoobu) automatically, or from guests who open your check-in link or scan its QR code at reception.
We email it in the guest's language, from your property, with reminders before arrival if you switch them on. You can also send it yourself.
Each guest scans their ID or passport, checks the details and signs. It takes about two minutes, and nobody needs an app.

You don't need a digital certificate in Simple Guests: it's only used to log into the SES portal.
In Catalonia (Mossos d'Esquadra) and the Basque Country (Ertzaintza) there's also a regional police register. You add those portal details in the same place; we prepare the file and remind you to upload it.
Then press Test connection. When it's green, you're ready.
In Compliance, activate sending. From then on every registration is reported automatically. Optionally:

Check-in and emails in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German and Portuguese.
Failed reports are retried and you're alerted. The daily report shows who still has to register.
