Why does this matter?

Guest registration is a legal requirement in Spain, France, Austria, and Portugal — missing or late submissions can mean fines for your property. Simple Guests automates the paperwork so it's filed correctly and on time, every time.

How do guests check in?

Guests scan their ID or passport with their phone camera — we read the details automatically using OCR, so there's no manual typing. They confirm the details, sign digitally, and it's submitted to the right authority.

How does compliance region work?

You pick the city/region for each property at signup. We apply the right jurisdiction pack (national SES plus regional police where required, France's fiche de police, Austria's Gästeverzeichnis, or Portugal's SIBA).

How long do you keep guest data?

We retain each guest record for as long as the applicable authority requires, following the retention rules for your compliance region (SES.HOSPEDAJES, Mossos, Ertzaintza, or fiche de police).

Can I add another property later?

Yes — add another property from your dashboard anytime. Each new property adds €5/month to your subscription.

Do I need a card to start?

No. After you confirm your email you get 30 days of full dashboard access with 10 live compliant check-ins included.

Can I upgrade before the trial ends?

Yes — subscribe anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Promotion codes apply at checkout.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your dashboard becomes read-only until you subscribe. Billing stays open so you can add payment anytime.
